Disney Family.
Start with a plain wafer cone and cut off the handle.
Next find some round shortbread cookies for the base.
Add a ring of icing to act like the glue. We used store bought.
Attach cone to the cookie.
For the handle, find round gummy rings and cut each one in half.
Attach a half to each tea cup. Hint: Assemble all of the cups first and do the handles all at the same time. The gummy handles lose their stickiness pretty quickly.
Let the cups stand for an hour, so that the icing dries. We filled ours with little princess rings and candy bars and kisses.
Finally, we wrapped them in bags for take home favors.
